Microsoft has updated its authorization criteria for Direct Bill Partners, Distributors (formerly Indirect Providers), and Indirect Resellers. These changes will take effect starting October 1, 2025, and will apply to your anniversary dates following that enforcement period.
Under the new requirements, only partners with over $1 million in global CSP revenue will be eligible to remain as Direct CSP partners. This is a significant increase from the current threshold of $300,000.

To support a smooth transition and reward customers for moving their existing services onto our platform, we are offering a 2% credit back on all eligible subscriptions that are successfully migrated. The credit is calculated on the total value of the migrated subscriptions and will be issued as an account credit once the migration is complete and verified.
The 2% credit‑back incentive is designed to:
- Reduce the upfront cost impact associated with switching platforms
- Encourage consolidation of subscriptions for improved management and billing
- Provide added value to customers who transition their services into our ecosystem
Terms & Conditions:
- The 2% credit-back incentive is subject to a maximum cap of $20,000 per partner.
- Participation in this promotion requires the partner to submit the applicable promotion request form below for each eligible migration.
- Only submissions received via the official form will be considered for credit eligibility.
- Credits will be automatically applied to the customer account following completion of the migration, verification of eligible subscriptions, and approval of the submitted form.
To encourage growth and support partners in onboarding new clients, we are offering a 2% credit for every new end customer that is set up with a minimum of 10 Microsoft Business Premium licenses or any higher‑tier subscription.
This incentive is designed to reward partners for driving new customer acquisition and ensuring customers begin with a secure, productivity‑focused licensing foundation. Once the new customer is fully provisioned and meets the license threshold, a one‑time 2% credit will be applied to the partner’s account.
The credit is issued after:
- The customer is confirmed as net-new
- At least 10 Business Premium (or better) licenses are provisioned and active
- Initial setup and verification have been completed
